Primo items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition may be exchanged for a new size or returned for a refund up to 30 days following the original purchase. Primo's Return and Exchange policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
To start a return, click here or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your product is eligible for a return or exchange, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Upon receiving the return, Primo reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet Primo's return policy requirements. Returns that arrive and are not in original condition may be refused, and if accepted, will be subject to a $7 restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and we will send out the new item as soon as the return is reviewed. Returns take 1-3 days to process once the item is received.
Primo will cover shipping for 1 exchange per order. If the customer would like any additional returns, they will need to cover the cost of shipping.
Once the returned item is received, it will take 1-3 days for the item to be processed and reviewed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
